I'm Back!!

Trying out a new Pinterest recipe tonight!

This is my artichoke and green chile spread 😊

The recipe calls for:

 2 Tbsp butter

 1 Tbsp garlic (minced)

 1 (14 oz) can artichokes, drained

 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles

 1 C shredded mozzarella

 1/2 C shredded Parmesan

 4 oz cream cheese

 1 small loaf chiabatta (I used sour dough)

 Salt & Pepper

I melted the butter in a large skillet, when melted I added the garlic.  Let the garlic cook for about 30 seconds to a minute, then remove from heat and add the other ingredients.  Mix well and top the sliced bread with the mixture.  The site calls for broiling the bread, I baked it at 350* for about 10-15 minutes.
